Unstuck: 3 Weeks of Private Coaching
To help you get “unstuck” and move forward on your personal goals and lifestyle objectives, you’ll work privately with a Certified Oola Life Coach for 3 intensive weeks to turn your dreams into achievable goals—then get support as you pursue your initial goals with enthusiasm.
Together, you’ll discover what you need to work on first. I will share ideas, unlock new paths, and celebrate your wins. But most importantly, your Coach will hold you accountable for making progress in every area of your life.
Plus, each week the Oola Guys—Dave Braun and Troy Amdahl—will deliver study modules straight to your email inbox that include learning tools, videos and exercises. In between these modules, I will work with you via private sessions (phone or Zoom), to develop the game plan that makes “creating life balance” easier and more manageable.

This private coaching program is designed to help you take positive steps toward improving your life, career, relationships, finances, and more. Not only will you move forward with a whole new level of focus, but you’ll also be learning an entirely new way to approach life and create the unique lifestyle you want.
